Eduviva Group, a Swedish supplier of creative and educational products, completed the acquisition of TTS, a UK provider of educational resources, on September 29, 2026. The seller, London-listed RM plc, put the total enterprise value of the transaction at up to £53.5 million.
The deal covers RM Educational Resources Ltd, which trades as TTS and is headquartered in Nottingham, together with its subsidiaries and more than 200 employees. RM said that figure comprises £36.3 million of initial consideration, the removal of a £14.2 million lease liability from its balance sheet and up to £3.0 million of deferred cash consideration linked to performance in the 12 months after completion. TTS supplies curriculum-led learning resources, furniture and other products to pre-schools and schools in the UK and to international customers. It will operate as a separate business unit within Eduviva.
Eduviva, based in Osby, Sweden, operates the Lekolar, Heutink, Panduro, Playbox and Baert businesses and reported revenues of approximately SEK 5.9 billion for 2025. It said the purchase gives it a platform in the UK education market and strengthens its international business-to-business operations. RM said the sale fits its strategy of simplifying the group, reducing net debt and concentrating on its digital assessment business.
