Bring the future of learning to your campus
WAC Student Campus Ambassadors represent the World Assessment Council at their college or university. You share what WAC is doing on AI, skills and assessment, bring students together around it, and make sure student voices reach WAC’s research.

- Free pass to the Digital Summit 2027
- 2–3 hours a month
- Certificate every term
Students should help shape how they are taught and assessed
AI is changing how students learn and how their work is judged. Most of the debate happens without them.
Campus Ambassadors change that. You bring WAC’s free courses, events and research to your classmates, run a small activity each term, and tell WAC what students really think, so it shows up in the white papers that universities read.
What an ambassador does
- Share WAC on campus: free courses, masterclasses, white papers and the Digital Summit, with your classmates and clubs.
- Run one activity a term: an AI Ready study circle, a Summit watch party or a white-paper discussion. We give you the kit.
- Bring student voices in: answer a short pulse survey each term and invite classmates to do the same.
- Join the ambassador call: one short online call a month with the WAC team and ambassadors from other countries.

Questions and answers
Who can apply?
Students aged 18 or over who are enrolled at a college or university, in any country and any subject. We may ask for proof of enrolment, such as a student ID.
Is it paid?
No. It is a voluntary role. Ambassadors receive the membership, Summit pass, certificates and recognition on this page.
How much time does it take?
About 2–3 hours a month: one activity a term, a short monthly call and sharing WAC opportunities. You fit it around your studies.
Can more than one student from my campus be an ambassador?
Yes. Larger campuses can have a small team. If there is a Faculty Campus Ambassador at your institution, they will be your mentor.
How long does the role last?
One academic year, and you can renew. You can step down at any time by writing to us.
Can I speak for WAC?
You represent WAC on campus and share its work, but you cannot sign agreements, collect money or make commitments on its behalf.
