Manifest Global, a Singapore-headquartered education group whose brands include the student guidance platform Cialfo, announced on April 7, 2025, that it had acquired 100 percent of BridgeU from Kaplan. Financial terms were not disclosed.

BridgeU is based in London and provides a university and careers guidance platform used by international K-12 schools in more than 140 countries. It was founded in 2015 and had been owned by Kaplan since 2021. Under its new owner, BridgeU will remain a standalone brand, and BridgeU and Cialfo will continue to run as separate platforms so that schools can choose the one that fits their needs. Both products help students explore universities and career pathways and connect them with higher education institutions.

Manifest Global's portfolio also includes Explore and the Delhi-based Kaaiser Australian Education Experts, which joined the group shortly before the BridgeU deal. The group is led by co-founder and chief executive Rohan Pasari, and its investors include Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital, Square Peg Capital, Tiger Global, SEEK Growth, DLF Ventures, Cercano Management and January Capital. It describes its business as student guidance and university recruitment, linking schools and students with universities around the world.
