US learning platform Seesaw has acquired Little Thinking Minds, a Jordan-based developer of Arabic literacy products for schools, in a deal reported on April 15, 2025. The financial terms were not disclosed.

Little Thinking Minds, founded in 2004, produces the I Read Arabic and I Start Arabic programs and the Mizan Assessment Platform. It says its products have reached more than 400,000 students in over 10 countries. Seesaw supplies digital learning tools and curriculum products for pre-kindergarten through grade 12, used by more than 25 million educators, students and family members worldwide. Seesaw plans to launch its first Arabic-language platform in 2026, incorporating Little Thinking Minds' curricula and assessment tools. According to the announcement, the deal originated with EDT&Partners.

The companies said their combined presence in the Middle East and North Africa covers more than 800,000 users at over 3,000 schools and ministries. Little Thinking Minds had previously raised a Series A round in 2018 led by Algebra Ventures, with participation from Mindshift Capital, Al Turki Ventures and the ISSF fund, after early backing from WAIN and Oasis500. The deal brings an Arabic content provider founded more than two decades ago into a global classroom platform.
