C.XSEED Ventures, a venture builder and acceleration program for education technology and future-of-work startups, opened applications for its upcoming cohort, MENA Startup Digest reported on February 15, 2026. The program is a joint venture between the edtech company Classera, the Saudi entrepreneurship and investment group Falak, and SuperCharger Ventures, an edtech accelerator based in Europe. The partners had formally launched the venture in January 2026 at the Bett education technology show in London.

According to the report, C.XSEED described itself as the first venture builder and accelerator in the region dedicated to edtech. It did not publish a cash investment figure for participants. Instead, it described in-kind investment and perks and support packages it valued at more than $1 million, covering technology, human resources, finance, legal work and back-office systems, along with introductions to angel investors, venture capital firms and government grant programs. Applications were taken through the program's own portal, and the report did not list a closing date or a target cohort size.

The launch announcement, published on Zawya on January 29, 2026, set out how the joint venture is meant to work. Classera leads the venture and contributes its client relationships and operating experience in education, SuperCharger Ventures handles startup scouting, program design and access to its international network of experts and investors, and Falak provides fund structuring, venture development and startup support services in Saudi Arabia. The partners said they plan to select a new cohort every six months and to help companies with business models, investment readiness, fundraising, hiring and regional and global expansion. MENA Startup Digest reported that the program also aims to attract founders from abroad to Saudi Arabia.

Classera first announced C.XSEED as its venture-building arm more than two years before the joint venture, at its InnoXera summit, according to the release. The company said it operates in more than 45 countries and counts Sanabil, the investment arm of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, and leading Silicon Valley venture capital firms among its backers. Classera's wider activities also include the LearnGlobe investment fund for edtech and an online marketplace for education technology companies, the release said.

Why it matters

The program pairs a regional learning-platform company with a European edtech accelerator to bring founders, including international ones, into the Saudi education market, giving startups a route to cross-border customers and investors.
