London-based Multiverse announced on 15 May 2026 that it had raised $70 million in primary funding led by Schroders Capital. The company said the round values it at $2.1 billion, around $400 million more than its previous valuation. Existing backers General Catalyst, Lightspeed Venture Partners, D1 Capital Partners, Index Ventures, Bond and StepStone Group also took part in the round.

Multiverse said the money will be used to grow across Europe, building on its January 2026 purchase of Berlin-based StackFuel. According to the company, revenue grew 50% year on year, the third successive year of faster growth, and January to March 2026 was its first cash-positive quarter. It also said daily users of its AI coaching tool, Atlas, had tripled over the past year.

The company said it works with more than 1,000 employers, naming Babcock, The AA, Capita and Addison Lee, and claimed over £2 billion in verified return on investment for clients. Founder and chief executive Euan Blair said he wants Multiverse to become a platform for AI adoption across Europe. The company said every employee was offered equity as part of the raise.

Why it matters
