Sharpist

Berlin-based digital coaching platform that gives employers one-to-one, group and AI coaching for leadership and employee development.

About Sharpist

Sharpist, founded in Berlin in 2018 by Hendrik Schriefer and Fabian Niedballa, runs a digital coaching platform that companies buy for their staff. Employees are matched with certified business coaches for one-to-one or group sessions through a mobile and web app, supported by short learning tasks between sessions. HR and L&D teams track programmes through a dashboard. In April 2026 the company added an AI coach that continues work between human sessions. The company says its network includes more than 1,500 certified coaches working in over 55 languages.
