BetterUp provides workplace coaching to organisations, combining live sessions with professional coaches, always-on AI coaching inside everyday work apps, and analytics that link participation to measures such as manager effectiveness and staff turnover. Programmes can be built for executives, managers, high-potential staff and frontline teams. The company says it has more than 4,000 coaches in over 70 countries and more than 750 enterprise customers, and it runs a research unit, BetterUp Labs. Founded in 2013 by Alexi Robichaux and Eduardo Medina, it lists offices in Austin, Texas, and Toronto.
