Guild

Education benefits platform that helps large US employers fund and manage degrees, certificates and training that move staff into in-demand roles.

About Guild

Guild designs and runs education benefit programmes for large employers, which pay for the learning rather than individual workers. Employees get access to a curated marketplace of programmes, from GED and English courses to certificates and degrees, plus coaching and help with applications and funding. Employers get reporting on how spending links to skills, promotions and retention. The company also runs cohort-based pipelines for licensed roles and administers public workforce funds for state agencies. Guild is a Denver-based Public Benefit Corporation, founded in 2015, and says it has enabled close to 100,000 role changes.

Formerly Guild Education; renamed Guild in 2023. Operates as a Public Benefit Corporation.
