Questions

Questions universities ask us.

Who awards the credit?

Your university. WAC provides the course, materials and support; the university approves the syllabus, assesses students and awards the credit under its own regulations.

Can we change the syllabus or assessment?

Yes. Course code, course type, unit order and the internal and end-semester split can follow your rules. Many universities use 60:40 or 50:50.

Can our own faculty teach it?

Yes. Every lesson has a slide deck and a lecture script, and WAC onboards your faculty. Or WAC faculty can run the live labs.

Do students need paid AI tools?

No. Every lab has a free option, and each lab offers alternatives in case a tool is unavailable in your country.

Online, offline or blended?

All three. Video lectures, ebooks and labs are self-paced; live labs can run in a classroom or online. The hours are the same.

What happens when AI changes?

AI Ready is a living course. WAC updates lessons, labs and screenshots whenever a tool or best practice changes, for every cohort, at no extra cost.
